Information we collect
We collect what you give us when you sign up and use fullyOS: your name, your email address, your phone number when you choose to save it, your business and team setup, the work you record in fullyOS, and the records of that work running. We do not buy data about you from anyone else.
How we use it
We use your information to run fullyOS for you: to send you the things you asked for, to keep your account secure, to support you when you ask, and to improve the product. We do not sell your information.
Third parties
We use Supabase to store your account and your operating record, Vercel to host the website and the app, and Twilio to send the operational text messages described below. These companies process your information only to provide their services to us.
Text messages
fullyOS sends text messages only when work you own is missed. We do not send marketing texts. We do not send promotional content. The only purpose of texts from us is to tell you that work you are responsible for did not get done.
Twilio is the carrier we use to send these texts. When you save your phone number on your account screen, you agree to receive these texts. Standard message and data rates may apply.
We send no more than 8 of these texts to any one person in a single day. We hold texts during quiet hours and send them once quiet hours end. If something stays missed past the quiet-hours window, the next text goes out at the start of the next active window.
Reply STOP to stop receiving texts from fullyOS. Reply HELP for help. Reply START to begin receiving texts again after you stopped them. The change takes effect right away.
We keep a record of each text we send for operational review and audit. The record stores when the text was sent and what it was about, not the body of the text itself. The record is kept on the same retention schedule as the rest of your operating record.
Your choices
You can change or remove your phone number at any time from your account screen. You can ask us to delete your account by emailing the address below.
